钢丝绳现在主要有圆股钢丝绳和三角股钢丝绳两种。
There are mainly two kinds of wire rope: round wire rope and triangular wire rope.
三角股钢丝绳的钢丝是由圆股钢丝经过特殊加工,股内钢丝呈面接触,这类钢丝绳具有以下特点:
The steel wire of triangular strand steel wire rope is specially processed by circular strand steel wire. The steel wire in the strand is in face contact. This kind of steel wire rope has the following characteristics:
(1)结构紧密,表面光滑,和绳槽接触面积较大,耐磨损抗挤压性能好。
(1) Compact structure, smooth surface, large contact area with rope groove, good wear resistance and extrusion resistance.
(2)钢丝绳的有效金属横截面积较大,破断拉力更高。
(2) The effective metal cross-sectional area of the wire rope is larger and the breaking tension is higher.
(3)这种钢丝绳也存在缺点,即可挠性较差,易采用较大的绳筒/绳径的比例。
(3) This kind of wire rope also has some shortcomings, such as poor flexibility and easy to use a larger ratio of barrel/rope diameter.
(4)由于自身旋转系数较高,不利于深井提升使用。
(4) Because of its high rotation coefficient, it is not conducive to the use of deep well lifting.
(5)麻芯容积小,储油能力弱,前期容易出油,后期容易缺油。
(5) The hemp core is small in volume, weak in oil storage capacity, easy to produce oil in the early stage and easy to be short of oil in the later stage.
圆股结构的钢丝绳绳股内各层钢丝等捻距编捻,而内层钢丝和外层钢丝的捻距相等,从而使层间的钢丝互相平行,而呈线接触,典型的瓦林吞型及西鲁型均为线接触钢丝绳。
The steel wire in each layer of wire rope strand of circular strand structure is twisted with equal twist distance, while the twist distance of inner steel wire and outer steel wire is equal, so that the steel wires between layers are parallel and linear contact. Typical Wallington and Xilu types are linear contact wire ropes.
