吊装带质量要求应从带子材料及编织的质量抓起。一般的带子由聚酰酯、聚酯、聚丙烯等连续纤维编织而成的。带子在编织过程中应该没有任何明显缺陷织物编织，应该使用同一材料制成。带子标准宽度为25mm，35mm，50mm，75mm，100mm，150mm，200mm，300mm。允许偏差为当带宽≤100mm时，允许偏差为±10%；当带宽大于100mm时，允许偏差为±8%。带厚应均匀，当吊装带由多条带子构成时，各条带子厚度相同。吊带的着色剂、涂料、覆盖物均应无毒、无害。其次，吊装带的缝制。接缝的缝制应采用与带子材料相同的优质线进行缝制，缝合处应平整。缝合时缝线对带子宽度边缘应留有距离，厚度不超过10mm的带子，留2－4mm不缝合；厚度大于10mm的带子留4－8mm不缝合。缝合线在末尾处应有“回缝”处理，“回缝”长度不应小于25mm。最后，吊装带末端件配制，是装在吊装带软环的金属件，要求与之配套的吊装带软环内径不应小于末端件直径的2.5倍。末端件金属材料的破断强度不应低于吊装带极限工作载荷的4倍。末端件不准用铸造件。把握以上3点才能有效的控制吊装带的质量。
