链条索具主要以金属链环链接而成的吊索具，随着使用年限的增长以及次数的频繁，链条磨损程度而越来越严重，磨损到某种程度后则需要宣布报废。

1、链条松紧度应当适宜，不应过松或者过紧，太紧容易增加功率消耗，轴承易磨损，太松则容易跳链。
